BPunctual

BPunctual is developed and published by SquadCloud ("SquadCloud," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information the BPunctual mobile app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android and iOS versions of the app.

By creating an account or using BPunctual, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

We collect only what the app needs to function:

Your password is never stored in plain text — it's stored using standard one-way hashing. We do not currently collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, or payment details.

BPunctual does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, so no usage or device data is collected or shared through those channels.

BPunctual asks for permission to access your device's location in order to power location-based features of the app. When you use these features, your location is sent to and processed on our servers — it is not only used on-device.

You can allow location access "while using the app," or decline it entirely from your device's system settings; declining may limit features that depend on location, but the rest of the app will still work. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device settings.

• To create and maintain your account, and to authenticate you when you sign in.
• To provide the app's core location-based functionality.
• To respond if you contact us for support.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the service, including detecting misuse.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

Account and location data are stored on servers we operate or on infrastructure provided by our hosting service. Session credentials on your device are kept in the operating system's secure, encrypted storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain), not in plain files.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers who process data strictly on our behalf, to operate the app.
• Authorities, if required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• A successor entity, if BPunctual or SquadCloud is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — we'll notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We keep your account and location data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or request deletion by contacting us, we delete your personal data from our active systems, except where we're required to retain it to meet a legal obligation.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for location access at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at support@traact.com.pk — we'll respond within a reasonable time.

BPunctual is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the app changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of BPunctual after a change means you accept the updated policy.
